Rambus (RMBS) 76 3/16 -4 7/16: -- Update -- Intel (INTC) files suit against Rambus for patent infringement. Being reported by Briefing.com. Lot of people probably scratching their heads on this one now. Rambus infringing on Intel patents? Hmmm. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I'm tempted to think that briefing.com just made a -- ahem -- mistake. Mixed Rambus up with Broadcom, maybe? Rambus not acting like its the target...cause if Intel were suing RMBS it would be down a bit more than 1/2 (see Broadcom). bwdik.
