I follow Cramer and agree with some of his opinions, but this time I fundamentally disagree. I believe that any attempt to "clean up" message boards will boil down to the fact that the only effective way to control people on message boards is the threat of criminal or civil action. (Kicking someone off doesn't work. I'm sure you have all witnessed the persistence of some pests who seem to re-appear again and again under a new alias.)

Threats of criminal or civil action will NOT squelch these fundamentally disturbed people. Threats of criminal or civil action WILL squelch the opinions of right-thinking individuals, the exact same people that you and I want to here from.

Any other opinions ?
