Sam will love this.....
Looking at the charts and going back to Decemberish both of these formed shelves, SEG around 38, VRTS around 64. Today, SEG put on 40-45%, VRTS 80%. The way I do the math it has only cost SEG shareholders about 12-15 bucks a share to "unlock the full shareholder value". Such a good deal sure doesn't come along every day does it?

My technical bet would be that there will be a shot at picking up VRTS around 64 sometime post deal as SEG's shares get turned loose on the market. We almost got there this last time. If they are smart they have hidden away a positive earnings surprise for the critical quarter in anticipation.

Best Regards......Tom
