Uh oh. I feel a naysaying coming on. I just don't know about this INSP. I love GNET and small and profitable company with a only 30 to 40 million shares outstanding with about 80 million in revs. After the merger INSP will have a bout 300 million shares and combined revenue (this is just a guess) of about 230 million. That is one third of YHOO's revenues while having a little over half as many shares outstanding. The after merger investmetn feels much more overbought that the GNET alone.

We shall see what synergies they spin. Sure was a nice couple a days.
