Hello Alan: Thanks for your comments concerning the missing PR release. I still find it curious that it was deleted from the main PR page, don't you?

emsounder.com

I have included additional information taken from a posting by Soros on the other IMMM thread. The coments are excerpts from the Opportunist article:

"Analysts H.L. Montgomery & COmpany -- based upon early success in Colorado -- project IMMM earnings as:

Year Revenue EPS
1997 $16.2M $.84
1998 $31.8M $1.51
1999 $48.6M $2.31
2000 $59.6M $2.84
2001 $66.6M $3.16

They list that there is no corporate debt, recent 1.25 million financing, authorized capital of 50,000,000, Issued shares of 17,846,000, Public Float of 4,826,000.

Recent Industry Comments:

H.L. Montgomery -"We have arrived at a medium-term share target price of $8.00".

EmCom Market Research -- " . . . They are undiscovered and undervalued gems that could make you a fortune!"

Liberty Capital -- "Get as much info on this company as you can . . . it won't be cheap long!"

Portfolio Group -- "Our favorite Small-Cap stock . . ."

-------
I would categorize all of the above comments as mega-hype and to be totally discounted without proof of the technology's efficacy. Any investor in this company should understand that there are no earnings for this company and that it is burning through its cash with each turn of the drill bit. This is an extremely risky investment.

If the technology is proven to work and can bend the laws of physics, the above statements will have some validity.

BTW, I personally value Zeev Hed's contributions to this thread. He has a degree in nuclear physics and he is an astute investor, a successful entrepreneur and an inventor. He is also one of the premier posters on Silicon Investor and has taught many individuals how to assess the merits of a small cap stock. When he says a company looks like it is in a death spiral, pay close attention.

I disagree with his assessment of this company. I have chosen to make a leap of faith based on my ignorance of the laws of physics, my faith in Dr. Stamm's talents, and the previous discoveries made by the EMSounder. Zeev often says he has the right to change his mind and change it frequently. If the EMSounder succeeds, I'm betting that Zeev, like MacArthur will return.
