Arbitrariness is never a step in the right direction. Why should a little known candidate have only as much air time as the incumbent? And, if one tries to adjust for the difference in exposure, by what formula? And why should you decide how the candidate runs his campaign? No, TP, these are not reforms at all, but ways of enshrining the elite and protecting them from competition.......
