Congrats on "cool post". However, could you please elaborate a bit more for me. You suggest, and perhaps I misunderstand, the Chamber's negative comments about the "old world" is somehow a spin? If in fact CSCO has "exploited" these old world networks with equipment that delievers either lower costs or better service than isn't Cisco actually delivering in SUPPORT of Chambers position?
