Actually, multi-culturalism is not a problem in the military because the military forfeits many of their rights when they sign on the dotted line. You fit in or you are let go. That is why discipline is critical to the military. That is a problem in civilian society. There is a notable lack of discipline in how people treat each other as everybody perceives themselves to be priveleged in our politically correct times. It has become commonplace for people to avoid telling others the truth for fear they will be labeled a bigot or charged with harrassment. You get what you ask for.knc
