There was a tremendous amount of selling today. Someone was continually on the offer on Instinet. Short interest in August declined to 4.1 mil shares from 5.6 mil, but it is still 7% of the float. AMAT is 1.4% of the float and even KLAC is just 2.9% of the float. Watching KLAC go up 2 9/16 today while LRCX was down 2 1/4 sucked. Is it possible the shorts know something we don't? Jay
