Zeev,
As you know its a matter of relative performance after factoring in risk. The downside in a company that has no earnings and low visibility on revenue growth is much greater and sustainable than the opposite. It doesn't have to be a short/long game as the previous poster's overly simplistic post implies. It is more accurately a matter of opportunity cost of a finite bucket of funds looking for the best risk calibrated performance.

There are a still few stocks that are down 60% from March (though less now) but, the ones that have the best prospects for moving are the ones that have cut their P/S multiples by 2/3 or more in 5 months and are at or near operating earnings with a strong balance sheet.
