And -- finally -- the retraction.
Rambus (RMBS) 76 3/16 -4 7/16: -- Correction -- Earlier story posted regarding Intel suing RMBS was incorrect. Intel is suing Broadcom (BRCM) for patent infringement, not RMBS. Rambus is being sued by Hyundai and Micron.

Intel suing RMBS for patent infringement. Sheesh. The notion is 'patently' ridiculous. And there were people who probably traded on this foolishness. Intel may as well bring suit against itself. lol
