It is very simple. Their P/E Ratio is 13.5 as of now. Normal multiple for the semiconductor industry is around 20. They have been very consistent over the past two years -- however, the P/E stayed undervalued at all times. Their balance sheet is solid, earining are in line with the Street expectations. There are, however, a few negatives, as well. Their insiders sold all positions, and their customer base is not diversified -- they count on one key Japanese company to do most of their selling. That may be the reason...
