Frank, Thank you for that explanation. Maybe, SCMR did get run over by the incumbents. Yes, it is ironic that Cisco and Ciena would side with NT and LU who, I believe, are not even members of the IOF. However, NT and LU have about 60%market share between them so maybe the issue was already decided. Once again, the change will be gradual and evolutionary and not sudden and revolutionary.
