My deck/fence staining job got nipped in the bud this afternoon.
Marilyn called shortly before lunch and asked if I wanted to go to Dallas with her to pick up "her" new desk/hutch/credenza units for "her" home office .......
well, of course, I immediately became available ......
Now, I've got to get some help tomorrow to take out the desk and amoire (sp?) from the front room office and bring all this new stuff in.
My back room office is more my style --- desk, homemade tables holding the 3 boxes/5 monitors, recliner, cat, litter box, food/water bowls and coffee pot ...... hehehehe
Notice, hers is by the front entry and mine is in the rear ...... no living room office for us ... hmmmmmmmmm
This heat is fine with me, when it gets below 60F I put on long johns.
Nice thing about that cedar work you're doing, it is fun to do relatively slow and time intensive work as that is ....... truly rewarding to the spirit and I know you're having a great time doing it.
I got a great buy on some 12ft 4x4s at the lumber yard this morning and I've decided to put a cover over my outdoor cooking area next to the kitchen ...... they musta baited a trap for me with the lumber cause I spent waaaaaaay too much for a keen GE downdraft range top to go out there with the small oven, stainless counter/sink smoker and grill.....
now, I'm gonna have to get back to trading to pay for this stuff ........ ggggg
