Boston Globe just had an article stating that FBF was being sued By Video City and were being accused of criminal acts as well as violating the RICO Act. The lawsuit stipulates that there is an unimpeachable witness to conversations with Fleets officers in where they freely admit collusion and planned bankruptcy for its lenders. This is going to get dicey.
