JohnD, I hate to break the news to you but it is virtually impossible to run your business correctly when you have a big lost suit hanging over your head. In the name of MSFT shareholders, management should settle as quickly as possible and get on with business. MSFT is in a corner and should give a little to resolve this issue. The U.S. government is not BG's punching bag. By the way, interactive T.V. software is a huge market and MSFT is blowing it big time. Think of all the different kinds of software applications can be expanded onto a basic interactive T.V. platform. Internet T.V. is a market/industry in itself. Have a nice day, Bob.
