Hi Bill, Not sure who said it ,but it was eloquently simple and true. " Vix hitting such lows shows complacency the opposite of volatility". I'll do my bottom fishing when the vix hits the 50's - 60's like it did on 10/7-8/98. I haven't seen that throw in the towel attitude and we are still coming off a major blowoff top in the NAZ. JMHO That at least will take time and almost assuredly will require capitulation the opposite of excuberence. P.S. I sure miss being in touch with the shadow myself. Bob
