. . . Prediction Reiteration . . .
Thanks, Spirit. I am so very glad you have done well this time around. You have been one of our pillars since the beginning here.
As for September. . .it officially starts on Friday. . .and as I've been saying over and over. . . I strongly believe that Thursday and Friday we will see more of the same low volume Holidility pushing plenty of stocks to new highs. . . and the Naz well above 4100.
IMO. . . Some of the larger stocks with strong followings will pull away this time, while the smaller ones that have already been played will be quickly forgotten. The micros that have not bounced probably will not after tomorrow's open.
Any decent stock with news and a low float is worth buying the breakouts, IMO. However, I will be selling near-term poppers into tomorrow and Friday's strength and shorting the market come Friday's highs. . . and I believe strongly that Tuesday AM will see some major gap ups in many of Fridays winning plays. . . and broadbased on Nazdaq stocks. . . But it will be a trap. If the SPOOS shows strength on Tuesday, I will short-sell the tech stocks first thing in the morning during pre-market and at the opening highs. . .and I will hold short for 4 days on the 4DML play, then between 2pm and 3:30pm next Friday, I will cover and go long the very best leading tech stocks. . . and look for a short-covering pop to come the following Monday.
That is my conviction. That is my plan. And unless I see something that proves we go in a different direction than this prediction, that is the way I'll be trading.
I'm taking my September cues from January 00. . . just as I have my August cues from December 99. How the rest of September goes is anybody's guess, IMO. I doubt we'll break out of trading range with any conviction until October.
Once more for the many newbies here, I do not trade strictly on technical indication, but rather on a combination of historical data, market sentiment, volume reads, short-interest reads, money flow, and a host of other even MORE subjective indicators all tossed together daily. . . I often consult TArs for confirmation on what I believe I envision. . . then I trade with the courage of my convictions.
Plan your trade. . . then trade your plan!
Best wishes,
