heinz, can you avoid the highway usage fee by substituting walking? Also, recheck your calculations to be certain you've excluded any volatile components to your budget. You can tell if a component is volatile if the price has increased (interesting, 'volatility' has the inverse meaning wrt stocks). Perhaps if you read this article it will clear up your misconceptions about inflation:
