I'm not short or long BIFS...I don't even like Pluvia.

You can't post on RB....because before the post comes up there are already 15 more after yours.

Holy cow.....All of this is just noise.

If the company said in a press release that they have a patent....then they had darned better have one. Pluvia and the shorts have alerted the SEC...I'm sure....and the SEC will check it out. That's their job.

If BIFS has a patant for Whami or Bami or whatever they call it....they had better produce evidence of it to their shareholders. It may be the issue that matters.

Two things come to mind here....one is a company that trades for pennies...doing a 100 for 1 forward split......and the other is a memory of the time when a company claimed to have a huge water bottling plant in a town in Wyoming. The shorts....or "bashers"......ran up to the little town, found that the "bottling plant" was a hose bib sticking out of a shed...took a picture of it...sent it to the SEC....and the SEC halted the stock.....Poof.

I hope this is not the case with Whami.

Anyhow......puff is puff....but patents are patents. IMO...it is much more important to see if BIFS has....or has not got a patent....than whether or not they have a bussiness plan.

Longs and shorts should both be pushing BIFS hard to produce the patent information. Longs really need the answer......so do the shorts. I, on the other hand, don't care....I just hate to see people get hurt on things like this.

Oh...let me plug my favorite stock....General Electric.
