Cisco do you use the "trusted sites" option under "security" in internet options?

Isn't this supposed to allow you to turn off accepting cookies and still have this list of trusted sites to still be able to place and retrieve cookies from your computer? I've never been able to get it to work right in either windows 95 or 98. Can you help?
