RADCOM Announces Cisco Systems' Purchase of Their Advanced ATM Test Solution
Suite; Cisco Order is the Second of the Two Orders Originally Expected to Close
in the Second Quarter

MAHWAH, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 31, 2000--RADCOM Ltd.
(NASDAQ:RDCM), a leading network test and quality management solutions
provider, announced today an investment by Cisco Systems
(NASDAQ:CSCO), in excess of $1.5 million, in its advanced ATM test
solution suite. The multiple-unit, system solution will enable Cisco
to emulate the world's largest, most sophisticated communications
network within their development lab.

clouds in both our core central office as well as outer-lying
