They were kind of narrating on a slightly different topic as they showed the footage of their meeting. Very often on shows like this I tune out the narration and tune into the visuals to guage reactions. I guess it was the contrast between Bork's settled in - used to the routine demeanor and Gingrich's new-guy-on-the-block demeanor (all to be expected on the first day of work) that gave me the impression that Bork was in charge. (The guy leading Gingrich around, who I guess is the real president, didn't look as comfortable and relaxed).
