Doesn't look like a clear flag to me, BB, but if the NDX can clear 4000 or 100 on the QQQ, then I'll agree this rally has a ways to run. Until then, the NDX is stuck below 3987/99 1/2. Any rally is likely to be capped by the upper wedge boundaries, though.
