ZAND looks to be turning around
A friend of mine called the CEO of ZAND yesterday and posted his comments so I wanted to post them here. I did want to mention this as I feel today and tommorrow would be good entry points as next week after Labor Day looks to be when we will start to see some more fundamentals. Looking for a good month as I hear the old shareholders from the Longhorn shell appear to be done selling paper. That is what caused the freefall from 5 dollars over the past several weeks.
Here is his comments:
Anyway, as I was saying earlier, very exciting and uplifting call to Zandria's CEO Mr. Howard. He told me that he was just a temporary CEO until they found a permanent one, so it looks like Douglas Foxworthy (hope Im spelling his name right) is the man that will take ZAND to the dance. As Howard was explaining to me the very positive effects Douglas will have on the company, and what he will bring to the value of the share holders as well as the customers. I was a bit surprised he was so willing to tell me about the PR's to come. I asked him if he would mind me posting to the board, our conversation, and his response was "OK". As I mentioned earlier, he said we will see several news releases in the next two week's. One that stood out was thePR's relating to ZAND's new business plan's, that will generate money and business through TV shows. Said they have had strong interest from the Latin American Community as well as several other groups. Another PR will relate to the discussion's they have been in to take over some TV show's. This is all very exciting. I think most of you know how I have felt over the last few weeks with the price decline, but after my 1/2 hour conversation with Mr Howard I regained my confidence in this company. As kloock was saying in the past, they have been working hard to address the share holders. There plan of attack is excellent IMO, he mentioned they don't want to let the decline interfere with there goals. The money issue's are being worked out, the lay off's aren't a last stitch effort, it is a resposible move to stretch there conservative cash flow, while some of the LevelRed puts some cash in the bank, which will come very soon. They have the money to pay there bills until then. By the way Mr Howard also said he will remain with ZAND as the CFO. As far as the folks selling all those shares, there attorney's are working on that as you read this post. They have ordered a current DTC report to track the seller's to see who these people are. They are working with an SEC attorney out of LA. He said it is most likely the Longhorn people dumping there shares, but I am not going to let that be the focus of this mesage. We are finally getting answers that make sense, and as far as Im concerned we should start heading back up. Good Luck
ZAND will be my POW next week. |
