Pakistan seems to be heading for trouble. Their economy is tanking, yet they continue to pour almost all their resources into the conflict in Kashmir. The terrorists who massacred 100 Hindus on Aug. 1 were said to be backed by the Pakistanis. That action has caused some people to urge the administration to declare Pakistan a terrorist state. What do you think would be the consequences if we did that?
