Street and Don -- Did a search on the bill, and here's one of the things that came up. lists.village.virginia.edu Too long to post here, but it discusses some of the history of the bill, such as being unanamously passed in the Senate earlier this spring, and the glare of the media stopping it cold in the house. To get around the media attention, the bill in its entirity was inserted as an amendment to the Bankruptcy bill, and passed, and is now in conference. It seems that Left Wing druggies and Right Wing constructionists are opposed to it. Go figure. If you have a few moments to spare, check out the article at the link above. jim
