this company is going to be a player in the contract manufacturing sector...my opinion only...stock well down from recent high of 2.25 a couple months back...this today...stock at 1 9/32:

CARLSBAD, Calif., Aug 31, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- National Manufacturing
Technologies Inc. ("NMT") (OTCBB:NMFG) a value-added, vertically integrated
manufacturer of enclosed electronics systems and their various sub-assembly
components, announced today that it has entered into manufacturing agreements
with Barksdale Inc., a subsidiary of Crane Co. (NYSE:CR) and with Salsa Digital,
a wholly-owned subsidiary of NUR Macroprinters (Nasdaq:NURM) for the manufacture
of circuit board assemblies and various metal components over the next three
years.

Barksdale Inc., located in Vernon, Calif., manufactures a variety of industrial
products, including pressure switches, pressure transducers, open loop
controllers, temperature switches and level floats and level switches. Initial
orders were received in early August for printed circuit boards (PCBs) to be
shipped in the fall of 2000.

Salsa Digital develops, manufactures and services wide format inkjet printing
system equipment. Their manufacturing operation is based in San Antonio while
their parent, NUR, is located in Israel. Shipments have begun against these
initial orders, which were receive in mid-August.
