Coincidence:the occurrence of events that happen at the same time by accident but seem to have some connection.
Interesting turn of events, large volume of shares traded in CNB last week. Global Strategy Mutual Funds(holder and /or manager of funds holding approximately 7 million CNB) are taken over.. coincidence, no doubt.
Although there is absolutely no reason to see any relation in these two individual events, my devious nature, developed from following the mining exploration penny stock market for a number of years, allow these "wild" unsubstantiated ideas to enter my consciousness.
I guess it is a good thing, I am not in charge of these funds, if I were, and I became aware a takeover of my employer was imminent, jobs will be cut, contracts severed employees re positioned and I had been hanging on a position in a stock for 5-7 years waiting for payback,the old devil might tempt me to sell some of those shares out of the fund/s to another entity at a low price. If I had a connection to that other entity envisioned in the future, either as a new fund or private, a BIG PAYOFF IN CNB would certainly insure my future.
Perhaps, with thoughts like that, I should change my name to VERONICA! In any event, I am ready to surf the "superior tsunamis, it must be coming, some of the birds "are acting funny". mike@superiorcraton.com (imho) |
