maybe the filing of an s3 for the registration of 6million shares has put a damper on things.... s3 represents registration of shares used in acquisitions,3.5million, and for insiders stock options, and warrants. various lockups and option exercise prices should prevent all shares from being dumped immediately... am building a position because this segment seems to have crashed tho business dynamics are positive. see also alys...
