Dear Brian: Why though? No money, no employees. What do they have to offer the partner? From what I can tell car parts to build more Vectors to go along with the Replica Fighter Planes, thats all. I think the takeover will result in new stock being issued and our shares worthless. I'm in at $1.00. Hope I am dead wrong. Regards, George
