Niceguy, my wag

Memory 398M vs Q2 362M +10%
Comm 40M vs Q2 117M
K6 3.4M x 40 136M
K7 2.8M x 200 560M
Duron 0.8M x 68 54M
embedded+chipsets 70M
CPG 820M vs Q2 667M +23%
Misc 24M
Total revenue 1282M vs Q2 1170M +9.5%

So Q3 is just a staging quarter, with only 9% revenue growth QTQ, the kicker will be Q4, with 7.2 K7+Duron, it will take Q4 revenue over 1.5B, so the fund managers are selling Q3 and will be buying later in anticipation of Q4, the trick is to figure out when they will start accumulating for Q4! The Hollatz guy probably was making too many Durons in Austin and not maximizing profit with Tbirds + KT133 combos in the face of limited KT133 supplies.
