<But if a buyout is ultimately where we are to gain liquidity from our Stayhealthy shares, I wouldn't mind a few month lockup with MDT. (gg)>

Dax - I'm on record everywhere, including with John Collins for whatever he thinks it's worth (he's probably sick of hearing it from me already <g>), that IMO a private sale of the company should only be a fallback option if we go into a severe bear market. Otherwise, if Stay gives the public a chance to value the company, I think we'll see a lot of excitement for something completely novel and not otherwise available from any public company, and a valuation that will likely be fairly exuberant.

That having been said, I'm with you on Medtronic. They are definitely on the "short list" of large companies whose stock I wouldn't mind holding for awhile if they bought Stay. Healtheon, to name one that some of our shareholders mention occasionally, is emphatically not on that list, and I don't believe they'd have any interest. They're stretched pretty thin already. -Eric
