US pays over a quarter of the bill. Let's see, about 170 member nations, yet US shoulders 25% of the bill. Why doesn't India shoulder about 17% since they are about 1/6th of the population and China could fork over about 20% since they are about a fifth of the population. You give credence to the argument of why people come to the US, for handouts if they don't make it.knc
