Agree, $250K is indeed chump change considering the fact that this guy will probabaly spend most of the rest of his life in a Fed. penitentiary. This type of crime amounts IMHO to personal finance terrorism -- what about honest EMLX longs who sold on the news, believing it to be real? Myheart genuinely goes out to those people and hope they have some recourse somehow. Meantime the person arrested, if guilty, is in for more trouble than he ever imagined. I know nothing about EMLX but wanted to extend good wishes to every honest Joe (and every honest JoAnne) out there hurt by this person's actions, which were as evil as they were pathetic.
