Too often the founder gets too far removed from what made them successful and leave things to incompetent subordinates. MSD is still a young man. He may think that just by hiring people with great credentials (at least on paper) that these guys can do what he has done. He may not know it yet, but there is still only one MSD. If he wants things done, he still pretty much have to rely on himself to do it. I just hope he doesn't take too much time off and take things too easily for too long. It's tough getting things back to where they should be after it gets too screwed up. MSD has to get his second wind and get it going again. Do it once more Michael, for the shareholders. Mary
