Hello, I would appreciate if anyone could straight me out on the spinoff issue. Does LU is going to be 3 different entities? LU, Avaya and MicroElectronics or only first two? Will Avaya become a public trade company? when it will do an IPO? I could not find information on Lu's web site. Thanks! ZG
