it would appear so - the only upside to this is that they must see a BIG shiny light at the end of the tunnel to be funnelling in money again. Hopefully by late fall this stock can roll up past the $1 level and stay there this time. A buyout of course would be nice! I saw somewhere that there was a major interested in CHL - will have to dig around to see if i can find the name and details again. I think the jist of the article was that these guys were cancelling a contract they had with someone else and looking at CHL and some other producer in N Africa.
