Behind the nice charts, it appears to me that infrastructure issues are continuing to wreak havoc in AMD land. Dependence on VIA remains the bottleneck. Thunderbids got pushed out first, Durons followed, now the laptop side faces the same sorrow fate.

DDR chipsets also seems to have slipped a touch - hopefully not enough to cause much damage. Let's see if we see any real volume on these puppies in 2000.

The only good thing here is that Intel's execution has been less than stellar.
