$3.50 by tomorrow is highly unlikeley unless a PR came out with forward progress on The Coleman Merger and or the Quarterly Reports.Quadrax did not file as of yet,the deadline is WED SEPT 6th,markets are closed Monday.The company is filing this week,IMO,today or before the bell tomorrow would be the most logical time for them to report.Quadrax is a NSCC Eligible Security,so if they file today,the E will come off tomorrow,if they file tomorrow,the E will come off Tuesday.I have not checked the real time filings yet today,here's a link to FreeEdgar.com that shows the notice of the late filing and the most recent Annual Report,which is a great source of information,most impressive is the 1999 $.25 EPS from the reorganization and the $75,000,000 write off going forward,there's no wonder Coleman has a intrest in Quadrax.
I'm sure EB will pay for the Quarterly to be released,they have far too much riding on this merger to let this stock go to the pinks,after all,the annual report would have never came out becuase it would be a waste of money if they intended going pink.In my conversation with the Quadrax Atty he assure me that the annual and then the quarterly's would shortly follow in time.He was 100% right on,the annual came out and now we have reliable confirmation that the quarterly would be out this week. |
