Pravin & thread, Personally, I think its time for AMD to file a contraint of trade suit against Intel based on 1. The Intel-VIA lawsuit. Intel is selectively applying its patents to control a competitor's partner. 2. Something from yesterday I can't remember, but it was to the effect that if they don't go with AMD, we'll do this for you. I don't think this would be taken as a sign of weakness at all, but a preemptive strike against the possibility, however remote, that Intel could obtain an injuction against shipments of KT-133 chipsets. A 10% probability of that is worth 5% of AMD's stock price. Maybe the Willy bus uses something from the EV6 patent portfolio. Petz
