yep, i saw this report...this is what precipitated the surge in gasoline futures today. no, still no heating oil...your point about the Euro is well taken, but there are no Euro notes out yet. and i don't want to use Austrian shillings in this profane manner...they used to be one of the hardest currencies in the world...joined at the hip with the DM.
