Do you believe that it is possible to create a chain of events that will increase the odds of a stock going up or increase the odds of a stock going down? By "create", I mean manufacture via the controlled dissemination of biased - either positive or negative - information and opinions disguised as fact - that will sway the trading and/or investing behavior of people?
