Hi Henry - no problem. I admire your taking the time to do DD. IMHO, that is the only way to go as a LT investor. Obviously, there is always a risk. CDT has been *accumulating* divisions. So she is not a pure play, but WS loves pure plays. Also, moving into FO doesn't guarantee success, depending on the kind of products. That said, if you compare CDT with CTV, at least from the outsider's pov, you will see the former is doing all the right things. When rumor mill hit CTV, CDT CEO came right out to reassure WS. The recent announcement of Peter Ford signals CDT intention, but it also signals it is in an early stage. So, personally, I am not based on concepts like p/e and FO alone. Other people may have different criteria.
