I did not realize Lithium Tech was on SI. I am following them but not as close as some of the others. If I am not mistaken they have a lithium ion polymer and a lithium metal battery -- the polymer uses web construction.

I have been trying to fit these companies into a framework around each companies strengths and weaknesses. Ultimately I would like to know which is most likely to excel in what market? which has best production, quality, marketing, technology, financing? I have been following Polystor and Battery Engineering they are private but they pose the most serios production risk to any companies that are public (and thus must be examined). As far as technology Electrofuel has the best publically announced performance charctersics 400 whr/l 180 whr/kg -- I think that is suprior even to AER Energy's zinc air battery. Lithium Technology technology is developmental stage. However, its technology is impressive. My concern is over how they are going to finance commercializing it. Do you have any information on where Lithium Tech fits in with regard to some of the others mentioned? What are its ratings whr/l and whr/kg? And do you know of any players that I am not aware of? What is their technology?
Thanks for your post -- I think if we can get everyone together debating the relative S&W it will be highly beneficial.
