I don't know. I haven't had any contact with HRCT about this and didn't know they had filed a lawsuit until I saw Dr. Phan's letter today. They have mentioned on several occasions in the past that they were looking into a lawsuit but have not mentioned what evidence they have. I have not seen a copy of the suit so I can't comment on it without engaging in pure speculation. I do know that they have been collecting information and evidence for over 6 months.
