i told you i'm snakebit. first, broadcom gets sued by intel and now viant warns and scares sapient. viant isn't in the same league as sapient. sapient deals primarily with fortune 1000 companies and won't take payment in the form of equity and promises from internets like viant and scient do. but it may hurt them short term nonetheless.
