No comments on the fact that MBHC & IMTL were making deals. IMTL & Oxford had a deal. Now MBHC is NICM and owns Oxford at what appears to be a severe discount. Like Joseph said, it's too good to be true. Like you said, the shareholders meeting will be ugly if NICM doesn't follow through with PR's released in recent history. The fact is they are behind schedule according to PR's and last shareholders meeting. I don't mind missing time frames as long as NICM continues to execute a sound business plan and keep their word (per PR's). We have alittle over 3 months until next shareholders meeting. We should be seeing numerous PR's prior to that date.
