Just back here is your post sorry for the delay!!!!!
OK, I didn’t know trying to do the right thing was going to create such a stir. I first met this friend via the Shells Under .05 thread back in March. He went to my website, picked up my e-mail address, and sent me an e-mail asking if I knew anything about some available shells.
Over the next month or so, we chatted on the phone and ICQ, and I gave him as much information as I could with regards to shells. He expressed to me that he had some friends with private companies that wanted to go public. I explained to him that most fully-reporting shells wanted five years of past financials and a solid business plan before they would even consider an R/M. In addition, I told him that his friends could start a new, clean company, via Cambell Mello out of Las Vegas, Nevada, much cheaper, but that it would take much more time. He told me that his friends did not want to do that, that they wanted to buy a clean shell. His friends’ problem seems to be that they want to buy the entire shell without issuing back any restricted shares to the prior company. I told him that that would cost a ton because most companies looking to do a R/M would want to look at their financials and calculate the value of the company based on what the total value would be one year from the date of the stock becoming unrestricted.
My friend then went on holiday, which, in Belgium, is one month to six weeks – must be nice! Since his return, about a month ago, we have spoken and he told me of the nature of his friends’ companies. I immediately thought of HVST as the 10Q’s had mentioned that they were looking in the direction of an R/M with a tech company. I gave him a copy of the 10Q with phone numbers attached.
Since that time, he has been very quiet and hadn’t mentioned much of anything about the shell, so I asked him if he had been in contact with the company. He said no, but that his friends had. I asked him if I could post that on this board and he said he wanted to wait until he could give me more details. I agreed. When I spoke with him again today, I asked him if it was now alright to post the information on this board and he said, yes, but that it is a very fragile situation at this time. My attorney assured me that, because I have purchased all of my shares over the counter, have not had any contact with the company or the company’s attorneys, and that the information I am posting was received from a third or fourth party, that I am not considered an insider and that it was alright for me to post this information for you.
That being said, if this doesn’t satisfy or answer anyone’s questions as to me pumping and dumping this stock remember, I have been buying since March and, to this day, have yet to sell a single share. When I feel the time is right I will slide out of as few shares as necessary to recover my initial investment and hold the rest long for the R/M. Whether that be tomorrow, next week, or next year I could care less. I did the same with YNOT and made a ton of money and I will do it again with HVST as well, IMHO.
As most of my friends know, I rarely post during the day unless I, or one of my stocks, is being bashed by new people on the board looking for cheap shares. I have never been accused of being a pump and dumper and take that to be a personal insult to my trading skills. I just pick them.
Therefore, if you want to personally attack me or this stock YNOT just leave this board and see what the future brings.
If there is anything that I haven’t covered, please post on the board and I will respond to you in the best way I can.
Regards,
