biz.yahoo.com This is a nice little finding that has been noticed on a competing thread but not here. But it's directly relevant to TLRK's drug development efforts and actually has new (to me) information in it. Reading closely one finds that TLRK already has potent LXR ligands that actually do something relevant pharmacologically. And I had missed that Mangelsdorf is working with Tularik (well done by them, he's excellent). Will be interesting to see if this actually leads to a development candidate for TLRK.
